Wow this is really neat!!!! About 10 years ago I was really into macrame and made close to the exact thing for my daughters stuffed animals. I also made them to hold plants. What I used instead of foam is the metal craft rings from Michaels or Joanns, or even Walmart has them. Think I used 18 inch rings, you can just crochet around them. I want to try your pattern one of these days, thanks for posting it! Nancy
