Good Teamwork Vintage Knit Pattern

It is called Good Teamwork and is a cardigan that can be made for either a man or a woman. You can find the pattern HERE.

It calls for Spinnerin  Twist which is a #4 yarn and a substitution can easily be found in today's yarn.

Free Vintage Crochet Pattern Hat and Pinwheel Purse

Here is a vintage pattern from my own collection. It is from the 1930's and is a hat and matching pinwheel purse. The pattern calls for Gimp which is not longer available but I've found that worsted weight (#4) yarn works well in its place.
